Counselling for men
1. Purpose of Counselling
The aim of counselling is to provide a safe, supportive environment where the Client can explore personal concerns, develop self-awareness, and work toward positive change. The Counsellor will adopt a person-centered approach, prioritising the Client’s needs and autonomy.
2. Confidentiality
Confidentiality is fundamental to the counselling relationship. Information shared by the Client will remain private, with the following exceptions:
If the Counsellor believes there is a risk of serious harm to the Client or others.
If required by law (e.g., disclosures related to terrorism, money laundering, or safeguarding concerns).
If the Counsellor consults with a supervisor to maintain professional standards, identifying details will not be disclosed.
The Client’s consent will be sought before sharing information whenever possible.
3. Session Structure
Frequency: Sessions will be held as agreed with yourself and will last upto 50 minutes each.
Location: will be agreed as online or in person and the location (digital or physical to be agreed)
4. Cost
The cost is £70 per session and is payable by bank transfer in advance to:

5. Cancellations
Cancellation is required within 24 hours of a session. This is to be done via email, phone or text. For multiple cancellations we will discuss whether counselling is right for you on that day and time and how we could approach it differently
